New Hospital Project to Gain $3 Million through Community Match

MONTROSE, Pa. PRNewswire -- Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE:COG) today announced a substantial pledge of funds to the new hospital project being undertaken by the Endless Mountains Health System (EMHS).  The Cabot / EMHS Community Match Fund will be launched with a $1 million check from the independent natural gas producer with operations in Susquehanna.

DEP: Robinson spill bigger than first thought

MCDONALD - The state Department of Environmental Protection said a spill of condensate from a natural gas well site in Robin Hill, Robinson Township, is larger than originally believed.
The DEP and representatives of Chevron-Appalachia, the company that drilled the natural gas well, met Friday to discuss the incident.

Rex Energy Corp. obtained drilling permits for two well sites in Lawrence County earlier this month, according to state Department of Environmental Protection records.
